Please contact me by your preferred method to discuss making a booking - email/phone/whatsapp/text. If I am helping another family and unable to answer your phone call, please leave a voicemail and I will contact you as soon as possible.
When booking your appointment, I will give you an expected time of arrival at your home. I will arrive in an unmarked car rather than a van, and will be dressed in colourful scrubs to help keep the visit feeling as calm and familiar as possible for your pet.
When I arrive, I will take some time to assess your pet and answer any questions you may have. There will be a consent form to complete before we begin, and we will discuss the most suitable medication plan for your pet.
When you are ready, I will give your pet a gentle sedative tailored to their individual needs, helping them to feel calm, comfortable and relaxed. Once they are settled, I will administer the final injection peacefully and gently.
After your pet has passed, you may spend as much time with them as you need. If you have chosen cremation, I will carefully place your pet into a wicker casket/stretcher depending on size, and ensure they are cared for respectfully until they are transferred to the crematorium. For larger dogs, I can arrange for an assistant to attend if you would prefer not to help with moving your pet. Your pet will be treated with kindness and dignity, as if they were my own.
Where ashes are being returned, they can be collected from the crematorium free of charge, or I can arrange home delivery by agreement. Any delivery cost will always be discussed with you in advance.
I can also take fur clippings and/or paw prints if requested.
There are no additional charges for same-day appointments, evenings, weekends or bank holidays.
I will always do my utmost to accommodate appointments at short notice wherever possible. However, booking in advance, where you are able to, helps me ensure I can offer you the time and support you need.
